President, Top of the World Licensed Division

For 17 years and counting, Scott Shuler has led the Top of the World Headwear team. Scott, a graduate of Utah Valley University, brings a passion for collegiate sports and every partner Top of the World serves. He is now serving as President of the Top of the World Licensed division encompassing all licensed headwear and apparel within the Vetta family. Prior to Top of the World, Scott spent 10 years as General Manager for the Utah Jazz retail division. Scott is the 2017 honoree of the corporate service award, given by The International Collegiate Licensing Association, for his efforts in fair labor, sustainability, and charitable giving in the industry. When Scott is not in the office or on the road, he is spending time with his family including his three daughters Kelsie, Ruby, and Luci, son Easton, and wife Kathleen.



President, Top of the World Licensed Brand

As a member of the apparel industry for over 30 years, Ben brings significant merchandising and sales experience to the company, as well as dedication to the apparel industry. Ben served as the president of the Team Licensed Group at J. America, within the Vetta family, and now has a key leadership position within TOW Licensed. He graduated from Wake Forest University and lives in Decatur, GA. His love of athletics also brings an essential piece to the company’s look and feel as a collegiate licensed company.



President, Brand Solutions

An avid outdoorsman with 37 years of experience in the apparel industry, William is a key member of the Top of the World and Vetta family. William attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, and resides in North Carolina. With a background in business and computer science, he brings a unique perspective to the company and effective marketing and sales strategies. He worked with J. America for over seven years and strives to build a quality brand of outdoors sportswear, hard goods, and functional work wear and headwear.




President, JAmerica Wholesale Blanks

J America founder Jeff Fenech created a sportswear company while a student at Michigan State University. What began as one t-shirt design, became an entire line of sportswear and a company ranked as one of the largest in the country. Jeff was committed to creating a company with not only quality apparel, but with sustainable business practices and a strong sense of commitment to its employees. After 30 years in the industry, the only thing that has changed is the company’s growing list of customers served. Jeff is now a member of the Vetta board of directors and president of J. America Wholesale Blanks.
